1989 – Navrom accomplished the highest volume of delivered goods, summing up to 30,7 million tons

1991 – The Romania River Shipping Company “Navrom” S.A. is established in Galati

: on 30 January 1991

1998 – The Romanian River Shipping Company “Navrom” S.A. becomes a fully privately owned company

: on 02 October 1998

The year 1998 marked the most important transformation of the company, becoming a company with wholly private capital.

1999 - Creation of the current Navrom group of companies
